- Kyle MacLachlan has joined the cast of the CBS pilot, Carol's Second Act, which if it makes it to air would mark yet another sitcom for Patricia Heaton. (Variety)
- The "Stark Raving Dad" episode of The Simpsons, which featured Michael Jackson, is being pulled from syndication and streaming media (but if you have the DVDs, which we still love around here, they can't take that away from you). (Entertainment Weekly)
- Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek revealed that he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer this week. (NPR)
- It seems that we've entered into another period of deaths for classic TV stars again, and this week, Airwolf star Jan-Michael Vincent has died. (People)
