Sitcom Stars on Talk Shows; This Week in Sitcoms (Week of March 11, 2019)

It's Sunday, so it is time for "Sitcom Stars on Talk Shows" for the coming week. This is where we list what sitcom stars are appearing on talk shows for the coming week, the stars are both current and past sitcom stars, so this is for all sitcom fans of all eras!

When Gemma decides to fire a teacher at her school, she’s unprepared for the aftermath. Also, Calvin gets a surprise when he faces off with his newspaper carrier.

Man with a Plan - "Semi-Indecent Proposal" (CBS, 8:30PM ET/PT)
Adam and Andi go to great lengths to secure a loan to fix an unexpected issue on their flip house. Also, Joe is enjoying hanging out with his nurse, Funches, and wants to find a way to get him to stay with him longer than planned. Ian Gomez guest stars as James, the loan officer at the bank, and Ron Funches returns as Funches, Joe’s home healthcare nurse.


Tuesday, March 12

Teachers - "Teacher Depreciation Week" (TV Land, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Stricter mandates are required of the Teachers, and Ms. Bennigan attempts to balance being a teacher and future stepmom. With no funding, Mrs. Adler, Ms. Watson, and Ms. Cannon go to extreme lengths to raise funds for their classrooms.

Miracle Workers - "3 Days" (TBS, 10:30PM ET/PT)
Rosie meets with a competitor while Craig, Eliza and Sanjay try to dupe God.


Wednesday, March 13

The Goldbergs - "The Beverly Goldberg Cookbook" (ABC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
Beverly and Adam team up to do a mother-son cooking show on public access television; and when Barry ruins the one college letter of recommendation he is able to get, Murray must step in to help.

Schooled - "Lainey and Erica's High School Reunion" (ABC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
When her high school reunion is held at William Penn, Lainey tries to hide her teaching job from old classmates, pulling a “Romy and Michele” lie with the help of Erica Goldberg (Hayley Orrantia) and CB. Meanwhile, Mellor’s distraught to learn his star athlete alum, Ruben Amaro Jr. (Niko Guardado), sees Glascott as more of a mentor than Mellor.

After Freddy begins seeing Rose for therapy after an incident at work, he inadvertently finds himself trying to connect with Clem more. Also, Walt and Shannon try to help Nick get over his fear of his first wedding dance with Clem.

Clem feels her former “fun” life slipping away after attending Shannon’s school’s Open House and joining the PTA, and decides to liven up the low-key bachelorette party she originally asked for.

Superstore - "Steps Challenge" (NBC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
Corporate introduces a friendly step-tracking challenge between Cloud 9 branches, and Amy (America Ferrera), Jonah (Ben Feldman), and Dina (Lauren Ash) create a fake rivalry to inspire Store #1217’s laziest employees. But healthy competition gets increasingly chaotic when the fake rivalry becomes real.

A.P. Bio - "Nuns" (NBC, 8:30PM ET/PT)
Jack is offended when he discovers a local church received a sizable bequest from his dead mother and used it to by a Virgin Mary statue. In an attempt to get revenge, he ropes his students into helping him steal the statue. Meanwhile, Mary, Stef and Principal Durbin attempt to give the right advice to Michelle who is having marital issues at home, but she ends up getting comfort from an unexpected source.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine - "Gintars" (NBC, 9:00PM ET/PT)
A visitor from Latvia causes Charles and Jake to investigate Nikolaj's family. Holt and Amy bring in famed forensic scientist Dr. Yee to help close a case for Rosa.

Will & Grace - "Bad Blood" (NBC, 9:30PM ET/PT)
After Grace's (Debra Messing) dad, Martin (guest star Robert Klein), is rushed to the hospital with a bleeding ulcer, Grace is shocked when he refuses to take Will's (Eric McCormack) blood for a transfusion. When Will's mom, Marilyn (guest star Blythe Danner), finds out, she uncharacteristically takes Martin to task. Ivy is honored for her charity work at a Stream-O social media event, but things get awkward when a valuable item goes missing and Ivy and Stuart realize they are accidentally in possession of stolen goods.
