NOTES: CBS mentioned that Rules of Engagement is still in play, but no official announcement yet on a new season. CBS also has one new sitcom, one new drama (although they showed no clips or a mention of this one at upfront presentation) and one new reality coming in mid-season. CBS practically made the decision to cancel CSI Miami over CSI NY because they wanted to move The Mentalist to Sunday nights at 10, and that meant CSI Miami was the odd one out. And finally, CBS went with the 1-2 punch of Big Bang and Two and a Half Men on Thursdays in the Fall to take Person of Interest to the next level next season.
