SitcomsOnline Digest: NBC Cancels Two Sitcoms; Adult Swim Expanding Again

- NBC has cancelled Grand Crew and Young Rock, and although no decision has been made yet, American Auto may be gone as well. (TVLine)
- Sullivan's Crossing, one of the many Canadian imports headed to The CW in the fall, has already been renewed for a second and third season. (Deadline)
- Bryan Cranston is planning to retire from acting in a few years, at least temporarily. (Hollywood Reporter)
- Adult Swim used to start every night at 11 PM on Cartoon Network, but that start time has been going earlier and earlier every year. Now, starting in late August, they'll be starting at 6 PM, with a one hour block of classic Cartoon Network series. (Deadline)
- Due to the writers strike, there will be no TCA Summer Tour this year. (Variety)
