HIGHLIGHTS FROM SITCOMSONLINE.COM AND AROUND THE WEB

The thing that is difficult about a show about students at a college or high school is that you can't really keep the series going more than about four seasons without "graduating" some cast members or at least coming up with some viable explanation as to why they haven't graduated, and grown-ish is going to be going through that just before season five. Amazingly (for a series that doesn't get a whole lot of attention or water cooler talk), it looks like The Goldbergs may be headed for a 10th season. (Deadline)
Smile, Shout! Factory has acquired the rights to Candid Camera for digital streaming. (Deadline)
It doesn't appear that they have much (if anything) that can't be seen elsewhere, but YouTube has added 4000 free (with ads) episodes of various TV series, in an effort to compete with the other streaming giants. (Variety)
Although reruns will continue for at least another season (and probably far beyond that if Jerry Springer is any indication), Maury, TV's longest running paternity test, is finally ending production. (Deadline)
