NBC's New Rockford Files Premieres January 2; Bobby Lee: Finally Drops November 27 on Hulu
NBC will air the premiere episode of upcoming new drama The Rockford Files on Saturday, January 2 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT immediately following NBC's NFL telecast (teams to be determined). The episode will also be available the next day on Peacock. Time-period premiere: The series will debut in its regular timeslot on Thursday, January 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
A contemporary update on the classic series of the same name. Newly paroled after doing time for a crime he didn't commit, James Rockford returns to his life as a private investigator using his charm and wit to solve cases around Los Angeles. It doesn't take long for his quest for legitimacy to land him squarely in the crosshairs of both local police and organized crime. The series stars David Boreanaz, Michaela McManus, Ilfenesh Hadera and Jacki Weaver.
Bobby Lee: Finally will premiere on Friday, November 27 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S., and on Disney+ internationally. After more than 30 years in comedy, Bobby Lee (MADTv, Splittling Up Together) is finally getting his moment.
In Bobby Lee: Finally, the comedian, actor, and podcast powerhouse delivers his first-ever hour-long special, turning decades of wild stories, brutal honesty, and beautifully chaotic energy into an unpredictable ride only he could take you on. Bobby has built a fiercely loyal fanbase who feel like they already know him - and now they finally get him uninterrupted. Outrageous, unfiltered, and unapologetically real, Bobby Lee: Finally is the special longtime fans have waited for, and the perfect entry point for new ones.
The special was filmed at the Balboa Theatre in San Diego, CA. Check out the trailer!
