Week 26 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2016-17 Week 26 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. NBC 4.91/9 rating/share (+12% in rating from first four nights week 25); #2. CBS 4.59/8 (-4%); #3. ABC 3.70/7 (+8%); #4. Fox 2.07/4 (-2%); #5. The CW 0.72/1 (-17%).
Total Viewers: #1. NBC 7.944 million (+14% from first four nights week 25); #2. CBS 7.363 million (-4%); #3. ABC 5.784 million (+9%); #4. Fox 3.395 million (even); #5. The CW 1.128 million (-19%).
Adults 18-49: #1. NBC 1.74/6 rating/share (+14% in rating from first four nights week 25); #2. ABC 1.62/6 (+12%); #3. CBS 1.26/5 (-3%); #4. Fox 0.90/3 (+1%); #5. The CW 0.37/1 (-21%)

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 25 (3/6/17-3/12/17, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49 and did a 1.22 rating.  ABC was #2 with a 1.13 rating.  CBS was #3 with a 1.08 rating, while Fox was #4 with a 0.73 rating  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 7.289 million, with NBC #2 at 5.936 million.  ABC was #3 with 4.379 million and Fox at #4 with 2.586 million.

For season to-date (9/19/16-3/16/17, LIVE+SD), NBC is 1 in A18-49 with a 1.91 rating, followed by Fox at #2 with a 1.81 rating thanks to the Super Bowl and also heavily inflated by a high 7-game World Series. Without those 2 events, Fox would be #4. CBS is  #3 with a 1.48 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.27 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 8.234 million, followed by the dropping NBC at #2 with 7.368 million. Super Bow/World Series boosted Fox still at #3 with 5.821 million as ABC is #4 with 5.181 million.

Hosted by Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier and filmed on location on The Neighborhood's stages, the special celebrates the acclaimed CBS comedy's final season, honoring eight seasons, 156 episodes, and eight unforgettable years of laughter, heart and community, leading up to the series finale on May 11.

This celebratory event features exclusive new interviews with the cast reflecting on their journey, revisiting early days on set, and looking back at the show's evolution and cultural impact.
