Hallmark Movie Channel to Air The Good Wife; Sitcom Stars on Talk Shows (Week of April 28, 2014)

The Good Wife

The Good Wife is returning on Hallmark but this time on The Hallmark Movie Channel. It will begin airing Monday-Friday from 1pm-5pm starting this Monday (April 28). The Good Wife is replacing two daytime movies. The series was airing on The Hallmark Channel in January but was quickly pulled due to low ratings effective January 21. Now the series is back but on its spin-off network where perhaps it will have less pressure to perform in the ratings. The Good Wife is a drama starring Emmy Award winner Julianna Margulies as a wife and mother who boldly assumes full responsibility for her family and re-enters the workforce after her husband's very public sex and political corruption scandal lands him in jail. The series is currently in its fifth season on CBS airing on Sunday nights.
