TV Land Pulls Bewitched In August; ION TV Correction; TBS Remembers George Steinbrenner with Seinfeld
The rest of the schedule is the same as we announced last week, which includes The Nanny in the 8-9pm slot and from 1-2am. As for Bewitched, we are not 100% sure why the show was pulled, but if it were a ratings thing why wait until Aug. 9 and not now? We are told Bewitched will be back on the schedule sometime this fall, so it is just temporary. Stay with us for that fall schedule (which is likely to start in October and not September).

Last week we also gave you ION Television's August 2010 schedule and told you Family Feud will be leaving the line-up starting July 26. ION has changed their minds a bit and that won't happen on July 26, but it will happen starting Aug. 16. The other changes that are set to happen on July 26 will happen, which will have Ghost Whisperer from 4-6pm and Without a Trace from 6-9pm. Family Feud will remain in the 3pm hour until Aug. 16, then Ghost Whisperer takes over that slot.

TBS will celebrate the life of the late New York Yankees baseball team owner George Steinbrenner with a full week of classic Seinfeld episodes all this week featuring Larry David as the legendary New York Yankees owner. The 10-episode collection will air starting tonight, Monday, July 19 through Friday, July 23, at 7:00 and 7:30 p.m. (ET/PT). The special week will kick off with "The Opposite," the fifth-season finale in which George Costanza (Jason Alexander) lands a job with the Yankees. The tribute will close out with "The Muffin Tops" episode, in which George loses his job when Steinbrenner trades him for new chicken concessions at Yankee Stadium.
