Remembering 9/11, John Ritter; Viewer Questions; AOL To Premiere '20 Good Years' & 'Studio 60'
This day in 2003 was also horrific when we lost sitcom legend John Ritter at the age of only 54. We pay tribute on this three year anniversary to him, not only for his work but for his humanity. He was a fine human being and I respected that as much as his acting. That is very rare to find in Hollywood but that was John. He was a one of a kind. I like him just as much for being a great human being as much as his work. So, let's pay tribute to John by doing something he does best, by making people laugh. Catch this rare 1983 segment from a #1 rated special he hosted for ABC called Life's Most Embarrasing Moments. In this segment he shows some hilarious bloopers from his sitcom Three's Company.
I have some viewer questions regarding fall schedules. Viewers are wondering if Hallmark Channel, Oxygen, and FX are making any changes to their line-ups. The answer is no. They will be keeping their line-ups intact. If this changes, I will certainly let you know. And as for more on the i Network October schedule. We will have complete details tomorrow, if all goes well. Is another sitcom joining the Friday line-up? Only time will tell. So come on back!
AOL has teamed up with Warner Bros. Television and NBC to offer the exclusive online debuts of the highly anticipated new drama Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, from Aaron Sorkin, and new sitcom Twenty Good Years as a promotional viewing opportunity, available commercial-free on AOL.com before their network premieres.
The shows will be available in their entirety on AOL.com (http://www.aol.com/television) for one week prior to their network broadcast, with Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip going live today at 3 p.m. (ET) and Twenty Good Years on Wednesday, October 4. The series, produced by Warner Bros. Television, will make their respective debuts on NBC on Monday, September 18 and Wednesday, October 11.
