- American Idol is moving production from Hollywood to Atlanta. (Billboard)
- The CW may not feel that old, and it is also fair to say that it doesn't resemble the network it was even 5 years ago, but it'll soon be 20 years, meaning it has already lived almost twice as long as the networks that merged to create it. (Deadline)

- The Emmy Awards celebrated the 50th anniversary of Charlie's Angels. (Variety)

- The revival of A Different World arrives Thursday on Netflix.
- Brothers, which is the third U.S. sitcom to hold that title but the first to star Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, debuts Wednesday on Apple TV.
- Many game shows start their new season on Monday, including The Price is Right.
