Stop-Motion Animated Series Shape Island Premieres January 20 on Apple TV+; ABC's New Year's Eve Coverage is Still Rockin'

Apple TV+ announced the all-new stop-motion series for kids and families, Shape Island, featuring the beloved familiar voices of Yvette Nicole Brown (Disenchanted), Harvey Guillen (What We Do in the Shadows), Scott Adsit (30 Rock) and Gideon Adlon (Blockers). Based on the internationally best-selling trilogy of Shapes picture books by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen, Shape Island premieres globally Friday, January 20 on Apple TV+.

This clever, funny, and inspiring new stop-motion animated series from Apple TV+ takes place on a charming island and invites viewers to join serious Square, intrepid Circle, and tricky Triangle on their silly adventures as they dig up some fun, search for answers, and build on their friendship - all while learning how to navigate each other's differences. Shape Island shows kids that friendship can take many shapes.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023 - Part 1 (Late-Night) (11:30 p.m.-12:36 a.m. - 13.7 million Total Viewers and 4.1/29 in AD18-49). Airing from 11:30 p.m.-12:36 a.m., the first late-night segment of ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023 attracted 13.7 million Total Viewers and averaged 4.1/29 among Adults 18-49. ABC's annual New Year's Eve special drew in 17.8 million Total Viewers and hit a 5.3 Adult 18-49 rating in the midnight quarter-hour. Part 1 ranked as the No. 1 entertainment program on New Year's Eve in Adults 18-49 (4.1/29), more than doubling NBC's Miley's New Year's Eve Party (+173% - 1.5/10 from 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.) and more than tripling CBS' New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash (+242% - 1.2/8 from 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.). In fact, ABC beat the combined deliveries of NBC and CBS by 52% among Adults 18-49 (4.1/29 vs. 2.7/18 for Miley's New Year's Eve Party and Nashville's Big Bash). Part 1 of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023 was also the No. 1 entertainment program of the evening in Total Viewers (13.7 million).
