Olive Films releases Kevin Hart's short-lived sitcom from 2004 before he became a big star. His new film, The Wedding Ringer, opens in theaters on January 16.
In this clever reversal of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, comedy superstar Kevin Hart (Ride Along, Think Like a Man) plays a spoiled rich kid in Malibu who, after his father is jailed for embezzlement, is sent to live with his auntie (Arnetia Walker) and uncle (Keith David) in a working class neighborhood in Philadelphia. Under the guidance of the loud and sometimes crude Cleveland family, Kevin gets a crash course in dating, religion, and education.
Through a series of outrageously funny situations (often laced with genuine emotion), Kevin begins to realize that he has more in common with his common relatives than he ever imagined. Originally aired on ABC, The Big House co-stars Yvette Nicole-Brown (Community) and Faizon Love (Couples Retreat). FEATURING AN ALL-STAR CAST INCLUDING: Kevin Hart (Ride Along, The Wedding Ringer, About Last Night, Think Like a Man), Yvette Nicole-Brown (Community), Keith David (Platoon), and Faizon Love (Couples Retreat). FIRST TIME EVER ON DVD!

Across the last 20 episodes, which originally ran from September 1989 to February 1990, fans will be treated to Mama's swan song, in which she does not go silently into that good night. Instead, in "Mama Fights Back," she chews out K-RAY radio's consumer watchdog on the air and promptly gets hired as his replacement. After watching TV detective movies for a week, and hearing that Iola's mother is missing, Mama dreams she's a film-noir private eye hired to find her client's mother in "The Big Nap." And, in "Bubba's House Band," Bubba mistakenly books The Bone Crushers, an all-female heavy metal band, for his college's homecoming, and it's up to Mama to rein the hellions in. However, the big news in the show's final season involves Vint and Naomi: they finally move out of the basement into an RV parked in Mama's driveway, and after much anticipation, Naomi gives birth to Tiffany Thelma Harper in "Bye Bye - Baby!" Odds are the bickering bloodline will stay strong...
When MAMA'S FAMILY: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION (read our review) was released in 2013, leading home entertainment site DVD Talk called it "the single best vintage television DVD release of the year" and Parade.com said that MAMA'S FAMILY has "never looked better." 03/17 - Maude - The Complete Series
Shout! Factory releases all 141 episodes and 6 seasons in a 19-disc set.
Uncompromising, enterprising, anything but tranquilizing...
Television history has given us many memorable, amazing women… and then there's Maude. Bea Arthur (The Golden Girls) stars as the feisty and funny title character in Maude: The Complete Series, finally available on DVD from Shout! Factory.
Created by Norman Lear (All in the Family), Maude pushed the boundaries for network television during its six-year network run from 1972 to 1978. Often controversial and always refreshingly honest, the series never shied away from tackling the topical issues of the day, yet its depth of character and humor left audiences laughing all the way.
Decades after its initial broadcast, Maude remains a benchmark in television for its sharp, intelligent writing, impressive supporting cast (including Bill Macy, Adrienne Barbeau, Conrad Bain and Rue McClanahan) - and of course, the amazing Ms. Arthur. In a role that earned her a well-deserved Emmy award, Bea Arthur created an indelible portrait of a fiercely liberated woman, paving the way for other noteworthy, female-driven sitcoms from Roseanne and Murphy Brown to 30 Rock.
Right on, Maude!

2015 Wish List:
This is my wish list for 2015. Some of them probably have slim to no chance of ever being available, but I still have hope for them someday. None of these titles have been officially announced.
With the release of The Wonder Years finally on DVD in 2014, any of these still could be possible one day.
According to Jim - Seasons 3-5 were released in 2011. Could we see the final 3 seasons finally released in 2015?
The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet - A fundraising project by Sam Nelson to get the show restored and complete on DVD raised over $32,000. Updates are on their Kickstarter campaign page for backers only.
Alice - The third and fourth seasons were released in 2013, but there were no releases in 2014.
Archie Bunker's Place - A complete series boxed set would be nice to go along with All in the Family - The Complete Series.
Baby Daddy - This series is still not out on DVD. It's very popular on ABC Family. Hopefully we get its first season in 2015.
Benson - Seasons One & Two were re-released in 2014, but no further seasons have been released.
The Beverly Hillbillies - More seasons are needed.
Blossom - I'm surprised that it hasn't been available as a Shout! Factory Select title like Mr. Belvedere. Seasons 1-2 were released way back in January 2009. Mill Creek released a "best of" set in October 2010.
Brooklyn Bridge - There were rumors of a release in 2010 by the show's creator Gary David Goldberg, but it never materialized.
California Dreams - Only Season 5 remains to be released.
Checking In - One episode was included on Shout! Factory's release of The Jeffersons - The Complete Series. The original press release stated that all four episodes of the Marla Gibbs' spin-off would be included, so hopefully we see them available someday.
Chico and the Man - Only 6 episodes have been released on DVD.
Coach - Season 4 was released in March 2011. Maybe we will see another season of this underrated sitcom this year.
Dave's World - Only Season 4 is left to complete the series.
Diff'rent Strokes - Shout! Factory is releasing The Facts of Life - The Complete Series. It would not be surprising to see the parent series as one of their next complete series boxed sets. Let's hope we see it sometime in 2015!
8 Simple Rules - We are still waiting for the third and final season.
Fish - Shout! Factory included the first season in the Barney Miller - The Complete Series release. It would be great to see the second season as well.
George Lopez - The third season was released in July 2013. More seasons are needed. Sheow!
Green Acres - How great would a complete series boxed set be? Green Acres is the place to be!
Growing Pains - The third season was released in May 2013. Show us that smile again!
Happy Days - Seasons 5 and 6 were released in 2014. Hopefully we see two more seasons in 2015.
Head of the Class - It hasn't been seen in syndication for years. It would be nice to see again.
Hello, Larry - It could be included with a complete series boxed set of Diff'rent Strokes.
The Hogan Family - Music clearance issues seem to be the reason for no DVD releases at this point.
Hope & Faith - Season 1 was released way back in 2009, but we are still waiting on Seasons 2-3.
I'm Dickens...He's Fenster - We're still waiting for the second volume of this lost gem.
It's Your Move - It would make an ideal 3-disc set from Shout! Factory. A cult classic that would be a popular release.
Last Man Standing - The first three seasons were finally released as MOD releases in 2014.
Less Than Perfect - Season 1 was released in September 2010. Hopefully this underrated series will have more seasons available at some point.
Mad About You - Seasons 1-2 were re-released in 2014. Seasons 6-7 are still needed to complete the series.
Melissa & Joey - Only the first season of the popular ABC Family sitcom is available on DVD.
Mr. Belvedere - It has been nearly 5 years since we had a Mr. Belvedere release. Hopefully the final two seasons will be released at some point.
My Three Sons - Only Seasons 1-2 have been released. Unfortunately, many CBS DVD/Paramount series have been stalled for years.
My Two Dads - Only the third season remains to be released to complete the series.
My Wife and Kids - Only Seasons 1-2 have been released.
One Day at a Time - Only the first season was released way back in 2007. It would be ideal for a complete series boxed set.
Out of This World - Volume 1 was released in Germany in November 2011. Will we see a U.S. release at some point?
Parker Lewis Can't Lose - Seasons 1 and 2 have been released. We're just waiting on the third season to complete the series.
Perfect Strangers - We're still waiting for the third season. We desperately need more Balki!
Petticoat Junction - More seasons are needed.
Please Don't Eat the Daisies - As we reported in October 2012, Warner Archive hopes to bring it to DVD once some music issues are cleared and the episodes are remastered.
Rhoda - Season Five has yet to be released to complete series.
The Ropers - The Three's Company spin-off has never been released on DVD.
Silver Spoons - It would make a nice complete series boxed set from Shout! Factory.

Three's a Crowd - A one-year wonder which would be nice to see on DVD.
Webster - Only the fifth and sixth seasons are left to complete the series.
