Nick at Nite May 2011; TV One Presents That's My Mama and Jeffersons On Mother's Day
Other stunts for the month has a Friday the 13th stunt on Friday, May 13 with once again episodes of their top three series My Wife & Kids, George Lopez and The Nanny from 10pm-1am. Then on Sunday, May 15 from 8pm-10pm it is the Nick at Nite premiere of the big screen comedy The Nutty Professor starring Eddie Murphy. Nick at Nite hasn't issued highlights yet for the second half of May, so there could be some more stunts to come, such as possibly a week-long marathon (seems to happen once a month) and maybe a Memorial Day stunt. Stay tuned!
It's going to be a battle with Mama from That's My Mama and Mother Jefferson from The Jeffersons this Mother's Day on TV One! The laughs begin at 12 noon ET and will run through 6pm ET with episodes of the two comedies. Select episodes will also encore starting at 3am in the overnight. Just who will be the best mother of them all, tune in to TV One as we all know Mother Jefferson thrives for some attention!
Elsewhere this month on TV One, The Flip Wilson Show is now airing regularly on TV One airing weekdays at 5pm & 5:30pm as of this past Monday (May 2). Also returning to the schedule is Eve airing weeknights at 9-10pm and again 12-1am, replacing A Different World which is now off the schedule for now. At 10pm and 1am, NY Undercover will air instead of Living Single, which is also off the line-up. There is no word on if and when these two comedies will return, but there are no other changes to the schedule.
The only other marathon stunt of note is the Memorial Day marathon of Martin on Monday, May 30 from 11am-9pm with select encores starting at 2am in the overnight. Early birds can also start the fun early with The Jeffersons four-part episode of them going to Hawaii airing from 7-9am on Memorial Day!
