ABC Family Picks-Up 12 More Episodes of Pretty Little Liars; TV Land Returns She's Got the Look on Aug. 25

As we first broke the news on Twitter, ABC Family has ordered 12 more episodes for new drama hit Pretty Little Liars, bringing the first season total to a full order of 22 episodes!
One of cable's biggest breakout hits of summer, Pretty Little Liars launched as ABC Family's No. 1 series debut ever in Adults 18-34 (837,000 viewers), Women 18-34 (657,000 viewers), Viewers 12-34 (1.7 million), Females 12-34 (1.5 million), Teens (904,000 viewers) and Female Teens (853,000). Pretty Little Liars posted its most-watched episode yet last week (June 22) in Total Viewers (2.7 million), and delivered series highs in key targets, including core 18-49, 18-34 and 12-34 demos. Three episodes in, Pretty Little Liars is already Tuesday's No. 1 TV program in Females Teens (803,000 viewers) and Tuesday's No. 1 cable program in Teens (883,000 viewers), Viewers 12-34 (1.7 million) and Females 12-34 (1.5 million). It is easily the top cable program in Tuesday's 8 o'clock hour among core 18-49, 18-34, 12-34 demos, Teens and Female Teens, besting runner-up USA by 43% in Adults 18-49 (1.2 million vs. 837,000 viewers) and by 90% in Adults 18-34 (843,000 vs. 444,000).
Based on the bestselling Harper Teen novels by Sara Shepard and produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television, the scripted hour-long series stars Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Holly Marie Combs, Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, Bianca Lawson, Laura Leighton, Chad Lowe, Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse.
The first 10 episodes will air through and including Tuesday, Aug. 10 when it will have its first half finale. The second half of season one (12 episodes) will air later this year. Starting Tuesday, Aug. 17, ABC Family will premiere original sitcom Melissa & Joey starring Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence. If you haven't started watching the show yet, not to worry, ABC Family has just announced it will air a marathon of the first five episodes on Tuesday, July 13 from 3pm-8pm leading into the premiere of episode six at 8pm! It is quite an addicting series!

TV Land's competition reality series She's Got The Look has a whole new look when it returns for its third season on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 10PM ET/PT as the series introduces a new host - Brooke Burke (Dancing with The Stars, Wild On); a new city - Los Angeles; a new judge - supermodel Roshumba Williams and ten new finalists all over the age of 35 competing for a second chance at their dreams. The TV Land PRIME original series is a collaboration with Wilhelmina Models, Inc. and sets out to discover a beautiful, sophisticated and confident woman over the age of 35 who has the potential to transform herself into a model, representing some of the most high-profile brands and highly-coveted campaigns in the fashion and beauty industries. The winner of the series receives a contract with Wilhelmina Models, Inc. and a photo spread in SELF Magazine. Also joining Roshumba Williams are returning judges, celebrity stylist Robert Verdi and Wilhelmina president Sean Patterson. Emmy(R) Award-Winner Allison Grodner (Big Brother) returns as executive producer and has joined forces with executive producer Rich Meehan (Big Brother) under their new banner, Fly On The Wall Entertainment. Rachel Tung is also executive producer. RoC(R) Skincare is the presenting sponsor of She's Got The Look.
She's Got the Look launches its third season a week after the season finale of TV Land original sitcom Hot in Cleveland, which wraps up its first season on Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 10:00pm.
