USA Network has picked up the cable rights to off-net series NCIS, distributed by Paramount Domestic Television, according to Variety. The five year deal covers 88 episodes, and will go to USA in 2008. Paramount may well also sell the show to broadcast stations, and has also retained the VOD rights.
