TV Land Schedules Miami Vice DVD Marathon; January 1st Marathon Shows; Three's Company Season 5 DVD Giveaway!

Boy Miami Vice is sure in the news a lot this week! First we mentioned it will be airing regularly on the new Universal Sleuth Network starting January 1. The second season DVD release is on December 13 and now TV Land has scheduled a 24-hour marathon of the series just prior to the DVD release, on Saturday, December 10. Tune in all-day for 24 of the finest episodes of the series. Click here to see what episodes are airing!

Tired of Miami Vice news? I hope not, because we have more! TV Land also released a tentative schedule of shows for their annual First Things First stunt--which is of course first episodes of classic TV series all day long. TV Land will show the two-hour pilot of Miami Vice on that night and also some other great Universal action series, The A-Team and Knight Rider, which are also coming to Universal's Sleuth Network, but as regular shows. I know many will be wondering, how are they airing these three shows on TV Land? My guess is that they have limited rights and of course is not exclusive, as Sleuth Network will be airing these three shows as regulars. And Universal's Sci-Fi Channel also airs Knight Rider usually every month for a daytime rotation marathon. I expect TV Land to use these three series on special occasions only. Colette tries to bridge a growing divide at the office by bringing the driving examiners and counter clerks together. Meanwhile, Vic stubbornly avoids seeing a doctor after an unusual injury, forcing Barb to get creative to help him.
