AXS TV's The Partridge Family Thanksgiving Marathon; AspireTV Holiday Programming

The Partridge Family

AXS TV is trading turkey for Partridge this November, inviting viewers to spend Thanksgiving with The Partridge Family as part of a special 12-hour marathon—airing Thursday, November 23, starting at 8 a.m. ET/5 a.m. PT. The day-long event puts the spotlight on a cornucopia of classic episodes from the hit '70s sitcom, capturing the beloved family as they tour across the country in their iconic multi-colored school bus, performing their signature tunes and getting caught up in sidesplitting shenanigans. The Partridge Family stars Oscar®-winning actress Shirley Jones as matriarch Shirley Partridge, with Susan Dey, Danny Bonaduce, Suzanne Crough, Jeremy Gelbwaks, and teen sensation David Cassidy as the talented offspring who convince the young widow to leave her bank-telling job and join their fledgling family band.

In addition to the Thanksgiving Day marathon, viewers can catch back-to-back episodes of The Partridge Family in primetime every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT; and airing daily alongside fellow iconic music comedy The Monkees, as part of the Network's newly-launched "Retro Binge Party" daytime block at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.


AspireTV Holiday Block Party

AspireTV, the network that celebrates and reflects Black culture and urban lifestyle, will be celebrating the Christmas season with "Holiday Block Party" all December. The Holiday Block Party will showcase Black Movie Magic, as well as new holiday specials and movie premieres meant to bring the family and community together in the spirit of the season. AspireTV will debut the cable premiere of the movie Our Christmas Love Story. The network will also air Jam Sessions: Christmas Special featuring performances by Syleena Johnson, Kyante', Tarrey Torae and J. Holiday. AspireTV will also premiere two short films from Damn Write Originals entitled, I'm Dreaming of a Black Christmas and The Ride.
