Week 12 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2016-17 Week 12 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. NBC 6.62/11 rating/share (-11% in rating from first four nights week 11); #2. CBS  5.19/9 (+15%); #3. ABC 2.63/5 (-18%); #4. Fox 2.41/4 (even); #5. The CW 1.01/2 (-31%).
Total Viewers: #1. NBC 10.854 million (-11% from first four nights week 11); #2. CBS 8.266 million (+14%); #3. ABC 4.214 million (-18%); #4. Fox 3.813 million (even); #5. The CW 1.641 million (-33%).
Adults 18-49: #1. NBC 2.83/10 rating/share (-3% in rating from first four nights week 11); #2. CBS 1.44/5 (+7%); #3. Fox 1.15/4 (-3%); #4. ABC 0.99/3 (-19%); #5. The CW 0.55/2 (-36%)

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 11 (11/28/16-12/4/16, LIVE+SD). NBC won the week in A18-49, boosted by two primetime NFL games, and did a 2.71 rating.  Fox was #2 with a 1.78 rating powered by an NFL overrun. ABC was #3 with a 1.18 rating, while CBS did just a 1.10 rating.  Among total viewers, NBC was also #1 with 10.600 million, with CBS #2 at 6.736 million.  Fox  was #3 with 5.754 million thanks to NFL overrun and ABC at #4 with 5.039 million.

For season to-date (9/19/16-12/8/16, LIVE+SD), NBC is 1 in A18-49 with a 2.28 rating, followed by Fox at #2 with a 1.89 rating, which is heavily inflated by a high 7-game World Series. CBS is  #3 with a 1.63 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.34 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 8.701 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 8.331 million, World Series boosted Fox still at #3 with 6.185 million and ABC at #4 with 5.707 million.
