Week 4 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2016-17 Week 4 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu): 

Households: #1. CBS 6.44/11 rating/share (+7% in rating from first four nights week 3); #2. NBC 4.83/8 (+3%); #3. ABC 4.00/7 (-13%); #4. Fox 2.57/4 (-10%); #5. The CW 1.09/2 (+21%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 10.500 million (+8% from first four nights week 3); #2. NBC 7.655 million (+3%); #3. ABC 6.214 million (-12%); #4. Fox 4.152 million (-10%); #5. The CW 1.794 million (+23%).
Adults 18-49: #1. CBS 2.34/8 rating/share (+3% in rating from first four nights week 3); #2. NBC  1.84/6 (+5%); #3. ABC 1.47/5 (-3%); #4. Fox 1.33/5 (-8%); #5. The CW 0.64/2 (+33%)

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 3 (10/3/16-10/9/16, LIVE+SD). CBS won the week in A18-49, thanks to an NFL overrun and did a 2.12 rating.  NBC settled for #2 thanks with a 1.97 rating. ABC was #3 with a 1.41 rating, while Fox was #4 with a 1.11 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 9.584 million, with NBC #2 at 7.295 million.  ABC was #3 with 6.084 million and Fox at #4 with only 3.430 million.

For season to-date (9/19/16-10/13/16, LIVE+SD), NBC is #1 in A18-49 with a 2.21 rating, followed by CBS at #2 with a 2.06 rating. ABC at #3 with a 1.46 rating and Fox at #4 with a 1.32 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 9.905 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 7.981 million, ABC at #3 with 6.098 million and Fox at #4 with 3.979 million.
