RTN Salutes Get Smart As New Movie Opens; Classic TV Stars Honored at EMA's Home Entertainment Awards

Retro Television Network in Detroit, Michigan will honor Get Smart this Sunday with two classic episodes. The episodes are airing of course because the new Get Smart movie starring Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway opens in theaters today. RTN in Detroit will run two episodes of Get Smart in primetime at 7:00pm & 7:30pm on Sunday (June 22). It will also be simulcasted on WXYZ, the ABC affiliate in Detroit, preempting ABC network programming for that hour (a repeat of AFV).
RTN in Detroit regularly airs Get Smart weeknights at 11:00pm, but this is huge when two episodes are airing in primetime on ABC Detroit!
We will let you know if any other RTN affiliates are honoring Get Smart with something similar as soon as we know. So you might want to keep checking back here in this spot.
