Hulu's Hannah Berner: None of My Business Special; Survival of the Thickest Returns July 2
Hannah Berner: None of My Business will premiere on Friday, June 5 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S., and on Disney+ internationally. Hannah Berner delivers her most vulnerable material yet - questioning her future, exposing her unorthodox career path, dishing dating secrets and admitting she's "part-time hot" in this sensational sophomore special.
Hannah Berner is one of the most influential rising comedians of this generation. She hosts two hit podcasts, Giggly Squad alongside Paige DeSorbo and Berner Phone with Des Bishop, which have garnered over 100 million combined downloads.
Berner joins comedians as part of “Hularious” including Ralph Barbosa, Bill Burr, Chris Distefano, Jim Gaffigan, Zarna Garg, Nikki Glaser, Ilana Glazer, Jessica Kirson, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Kumail Nanjiani, Atsuko Okatsuka, Frankie Quiñones, Andrew Santino, Roy Wood Jr., and an upcoming special from Bobby Lee.
She's going out in style. The final season of Survival of the Thickest premieres July 2, only on Netflix.
Survival of the Thickest centers on Mavis Beaumont (Michelle Buteau). Black, plus-size, and falling in love while loving herself, Mavis works hard to grow her brand as a stylist and designer. She's determined to not only survive but thrive with the support of her chosen family, a body-positive attitude, and a cute v-neck with some lip gloss. The scripted comedy is inspired by Buteau's acclaimed book of essays. The final season debuts July 2 only on Netflix.
On Wednesday, May 6 at Michelle Buteau's Netflix is a Joke Show, Wanda Sykes made a surprise appearance, and Netflix debuted the teaser for the third and final season of Survival of the Thickest. The season features guest appearances from Wanda Sykes, D.L. Hughley, Ashley Graham, Ronny Chieng, Wyatt Cenac, Jenna Lyons, and Ice-T.
