SitcomsOnline Digest: Fox to Remake British Comedy; Judy Justice Headed to IMDb TV
Happy Halloween, and welcome to SitcomsOnline Digest! This week is a bit of a slow week, but we've got some news about a new comedy next season for Fox, we're hearing about where Judge Judy is going next, and we have plenty of Halloween marathons for you to catch today. Let's get going!
- Schitt's Creek is becoming a much bigger hit in the ratings after ending than it was when it originally ran. (Deadline)
- Fox has picked up a remake of the British comedy This Country for next season. (Deadline)
- There won't be a Rose Parade in January due to COVID-19, but it will still live on as a variety special. (Hollywood Reporter)
- Big Brother is returning for a 23rd season on CBS. (CBS)
- Judy Justice, the upcoming court show featuring Judge Judy Scheindlin in her post-Judge Judy career, will be part of IMDb TV. (Deadline)
- If you're a Netflix subscriber, you're about to pay a bit more for the service. (CNBC)
- Saturday Night Live is new tonight, and will be next week too, for an unprecedented six week run of new episodes. (SitcomsOnline)
