Week 32 TV Ratings and Analysis; How the Sitcoms Did

2015-16 Week 32 TV Ratings (first four nights Mon-Thu, LIVE+SD): 

Households: #1. CBS 4.89/8 rating/share (-11% in rating from first four nights week 31); #2. NBC 4.06/7 (even); #3. ABC 4.05/7 (+10%); #4. Fox 2.47/4 (even); #5. The CW 1.11/2 (+21%).
Total Viewers: #1. CBS 7.702 million (-12% from first four nights week 31); #2. NBC 6.350 million (-1%); #3. ABC 6.070 million (+11%); #4. Fox 3.890 million (-3%); #5. The CW 1.723 million (+21%).
Adults 18-49: #1. CBS 1.42/5 rating/share (-9 in rating from first four nights week 31); #2. NBC 1.32/5 (-1%); #3. ABC 1.31/5 (+13%); #4. Fox 1.27/4  (-4%); #5. The CW 0.65/2 (+30%).

We have previous week's final ratings, Week 31 (4/18-4/24/16, LIVE+SD). CBS won the week in A18-49 with a 1.24 rating.  NBC was a close #2 with a 1.13 rating. ABC was next with a 1.05 rating, while Fox was #4 with 1.02 rating.  Among total viewers, CBS was #1 with 7.827 million, with NBC #2 at 5.246 million.  ABC was #3 with 4.733 million and Fox at #4 with only 2.999 million.

For season to-date (9/21/15-4/28/16, LIVE+SD), CBS is #1 in A18-49 with a 1.87 rating, followed by NBC at #2 with a 1.78 rating. CBS should hang on for #1 for the season.  Fox at #3 with a 1.54 rating and ABC at #4 with a 1.35 rating. Among total viewers it is CBS #1 at 9.319 million, followed by NBC at #2 with 6.971 million, ABC at #3 with 5.453 million and Fox at #4 with 4.931 million.

Superstore - "Back to Work" (NBC, 8:00PM ET/PT)
Jeff (recurring guest star Michael Bunin), the district manager from corporate, tells the Cloud 9 employees he is going to be around for the day to see what can improve in the store. Amy (America Ferrera) tries to impress him with a perfect day, but a workplace accident threatens her plan. Meanwhile, Glenn (Mark McKinney) tries to come off as a tough boss in front of Jeff, Jonah (Ben Feldman) attempts to help an unyielding Dina (Lauren Ash) win over the employees she betrayed in the strike and Mateo (Nico Santos) discovers something about Jeff in his pursuit to win him over.

The Good Place - "Jason Mendoza" (NBC, 10:00PM ET/PT)
Eleanor (Kristen Bell) faces her toughest test yet in her attempt to remain in hiding. Meanwhile, Michael (Ted Danson) enlists Tahani (Jameela Jamil) to help a fellow neighbor fulfill her true purpose.

The Big Bang Theory - "The Earworm Reverberation" (CBS, 8:00PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Sheldon has a revelation when he realizes why a song was stuck in his head. Also, Amy invites Dave (Stephen Merchant) over for dinner despite their previously awkward date, and Wolowitz and Koothrappali become obsessed with a fan of their band, “Footprints on the Moon.”

Kevin Can Wait - "Pilot" (CBS, 8:30PM ET/PT) (Repeat)
Kevin James stars as a newly retired police officer looking forward to spending carefree, quality time with his wife and three kids, only to find he faces tougher challenges at home than he ever did on the streets.
